At Bryan’s Fuels, we guarantee the the integrity of the products and services we provide our customers.

We recognize that mistakes do occur. Therefore, it is mutually agreed that in no case shall Bryan’s Fuels be liable for any more than the amount actually paid for the product or service purchased.

The buyer acknowledges by acceptance of the seed herein that the limitation and disclaimers herein described are conditions of sale and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or any other liability.

If the product or service is not accepted under these conditions, return it to us in 10 days and the full purchase price will be refunded.
